The intention of this program is to provide intra-preneurs (entrepreneurial employees and consultants) and entrepreneurs with the people, tools, and experiences that enable them to serve the evolving needs of their communities, companies, and their own lives.
Access wraparound support from your peers; immersive learning experiences with world class creators; transformative workshops with cutting-edge facilitators; and an opportunity to learn how to effectively launch heart-centered ventures that impact social, environmental, and financial metrics.
Experience
You will start from within to build a deeper relationship with yourself so that you may build deeper relations with your peers, partners, families, and friends. You will decide to build with a team, or build alone. All good either way.
You will immerse yourself into your community to practice listening. Upon which, you will learn to see insights from the data you observe and collect. As a cohort, we will turn your insights into prototypes that you will experiment with until you validate your concept and move towards your first transactions.

Accountability
Each learner in cohort #5 will receive a complimentary month of service directly from Cooperative Impact's founder, Daniel D'Alonzo, as outlined below. A message from Daniel:
Thank you for the opportunity to grow your heart-centered business together. I look for to providing you with world-class research, purpose-driven strategy, and hand-crafted deliverables.
We start where you are. I will ask questions to wrap my head around your goals and understand how your project, venture, community, etc is bringing you closer to your vision.
Metrics. This is where we begin an ongoing dialogue about the metrics that are important to you, your team, and your company. It is through your authentic expression of self that you create a magnetic effect that attracts and unifies people around who you are and what you believe.
Baseline. This is where we take stock of the business with things like Cost to Acquire a Customer (CAC) and Lifetime Value of a Customer (LVC). How many times does the phone ring? How many requests for service or product sales took place in the last 30 days? We walkthrough your business model, customers, and the existing patterns that enable your people to operate the company in service of your customers.
Internal. This is where we look at the way the people relate with one another on your team. This attention and care to your people is a way to bring your energy together in a meaningful way so that it can radiate into the hearts and minds of your customers.
External. This is where we look at the way your customers are moving through your business. How can we improve the customer experience by streamlining the way we do things internally?
Deliverables. We sort through the deliverables you need to create for the month. I will create at least one strategically placed, hand-crafted, culturally relevant digital asset per month (ie: article, analytics setup, specific list of data-driven improvements, editorial strategy, roadmap, campaign design, program design, microlesson, video, infographic, etc).
Feedback. I provide feedback on all work you ask me to review. I encourage you to take advantage of this because each time we go through the process of improving your deliverable results in higher quality experience for your customers.
Each asset we create together is also minted as an NFT as part of its proper collection (if applicable), and setup as a passive revenue stream.
One-on-one sessions with me for up to 150 minutes per month. Unused minutes rollover to the following month.
Unlimited text and email support through direct communication with me. Ask questions, get feedback, and anything else your business needs.

Cooperative Impact is an evidence-based evolutionary theory.
Cooperative Impact offers experiences that invite learners to decide how they want to change themselves based on who they are right now. We ask questions like, "Who would you like to become? What do you believe about yourself and the world? What is important to you?"
This is an invitation for learners to bring their whole self into the way they carve out a place for themselves in the new economy. What if such a change could start from within? What if that change could be initiated by the individual rather than (sometimes) through violent aggression? What would that world look like?
Cooperative Impact is built upon the Four Movements.
The intention is to create space for a person to intentionally evolve themselves in a way that influences their behavior along the journey. This journey is not linear. It is, perhaps, a spiral. Ongoing. Evolutionary.

The Gatherer
We are found most fully in gathering, in finding the others, in inviting together in our way, being, as an expression born of our gifts and emboldedened in the paradigm of wanting to walk with others.

The gift, the child within grow, the conscious mind develops and endures that metamorphosis and we learn then apply skill so that the work we do to build provision finds full expression in roganization and disciplined, chose, patterns.

Project-based learning experience for visionary leaders to create a cohort-driven program that can evolve themselves, their communities, and the ecosystems that support them.

Path (the plan): Create space to start this journey from within. Bring your whole self into the way you design a self-directed personalized learning plan to bring yourself from where you are right now into the unknown.

Emergence is an adaptation from its original 16-week program we first launched in 2010 at Rutgers University. Back then, the learners focused on the community within and around their university. Today, learners have expanded their understanding of community without borders.

Worldbuilders is a 21-day immersive retreat experience that was inspired by the 2020 Emergence cohort who turned out to truly be Worldbuilders. We tested the retreat concept in Costa Rica in 2021, and are now gearing up to follow through with the end-to-end journey in November 2022.

Cooperative Impact first began as a Social Innovation Unconference. After immersing into the community in 2014, we developed relationships with cross-sector stakeholders who had beautiful stories to share. The event felt like a natural next step.
