- no meeting – stay home and work on your presentation
- schedule a 15 minute phone call with Daniel to run through specifics

- first walkthrough of venue – all who are available should attend
- 10:00pm

Tuesday, May 12th

Wednesday, May 13th
- 3:00pm
- hotel check-in for out-of-town guests
- 7:30pm
- dinner/drinks in downtown Princeton
- 10:30pm-12:00am
- second walkthrough of the venue – bring extra tables for food/drink
- audio/video must arrive by 10:45pm to setup and test any preliminary hookups
- sponsors/vendors must arrive by 11:00pm to drop off any trade-show exhibits
- must exit the venue no later than 12:00am midnight
Thursday, May 14th
- 6:30am: Pick-up tea from infini-T and pick-up coffee from Starbucks
- 7:00am: Venue opens
- sponsors/vendors must arrive by 7:00am for setup
- audio/video must arrive by 7:00am to prepare for the 8:00am start
