This experience is designed as a three month journey to explore the unknown. Phase One is focused on creating the conditions for your long-term success. We work together to setup your schedule and get prepared to embark on the journey. We begin the healing journey in the balancing of the four bodies (social, emotional, spiritual, and physical).
Cold therapy can be an ice bath or cold showers. The intention is to create a physical stressor to help us go deeper in our physiology, reset our system, and help us to deal with stress in a much better way. This decodes stress in our physiology, and will give us the tools to create a new relationship with stressors in our life. Ice bath, cold water, any type of stressor like this will give us an opportunity to learn to rewire our brain into a different way to deal with stress in life.
It will be our fundamental steps and practice to go deeper into our system, recharge our body, reconnect, reset, and tune into the pulse. We invite you to do this every day, or one to two times a day. Whatever feels right for you. This practice will give us the opportunity to see our physicality – how we feel in this very moment. It will give us the opportunity to tap into the physicality, shift the energy, create change, create the results that we wish for.
The movement can be riding a bicycle, running, swimming, tennis, surfing, doing a walk, or any activity that you are really passionate about. It is important to maintain this daily activity and also to combine not only one, and not the same. For instance, I like to run, bike and swim. Each day I do a different activity so that I am not doing the same physical movement everyday. Those activities create movement, improve our digestive system and our circulation. The intention is to create new patterns and new beginnings. We recommend this movement daily to improve your body’s capacity to increase energy and reduce stress.
Meditation is an ancient tool that connects us to our deeper self of unchanging reality, and allow us to rest into this space – this space of observation and non-attachment. Allowing this space to be part of our life is a great gift. Meditation is going to be one of the tools to reflect to see where are we right now. It will give us a clear refection of our patterns, our brain patterns, of our emotional patterns, and we are going to use this tool in a practical way.
Nearly half of our life we are sleeping. It is essential to pay attention to our sleeping patterns and mostly related to the way we breathe throughout the night. Whether we breathe through our nose or mouth it will give us a very transforming tool. We are going to breathe through the nose so the body can rest and function properly during the day. The intention is to bring balance all those omens that get out of balance if we don’t manage to sleep properly at night. Sleeping and breathing through the nose is key.
A union between the physical body, spirit, and coming back through the breath. This is yoga. We are going to do that through various asanas, which are certain stretches, poses, that will allow us direct connection to create more circulation in the blood. The intention is to slow down and rest in the asana.
Symbolizes stability and balance. It represents our foundation of stability, consistency, and patience.
Symbolizes passion and energy. It represents physicality, transformation, and expansion.
Symbolizes wisdom and serenity. It represents the way of being in flow, movement, change, and receptivity.
